Courtney Jones

Courtney Jones is the owner and founder of North Texas Doulas, driven by her passion for supporting women during one of the most pivotal experiences of their lives: childbirth. Since founding the organization, Courtney has recognized the essential need for doula care and advocacy in labor and deliveries, a vision that took shape during the unique challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. As a certified Birth & Labor Doula, Childbirth Educator, Certified Placenta Encapsulator and Certified Lactation Consultant, she brings years of experience and a commitment to ensuring that each woman is matched with the perfect doula for her needs. Outside of her professional life, Courtney enjoys the simple pleasure of baking bread, though she humorously admits to accidentally killing her sourdough starter once a month. The joy of caring for her three children remains a highlight of her life, balancing the demands of motherhood with her professional dedication to empowering families through their childbearing journeys.

Courtney is a DFWChild Mom Approved Doula and is in the Carrot Directory.

alexis Gregory

Certified Birth Doula

Alexis is a wife, mama, doula, and childbirth educator with a heart for natural living, faith-filled motherhood, and empowering women to trust the beautiful design God gave their bodies.

My journey into birth work began with my own experiences of pregnancy and motherhood — the raw, miraculous, transformative moments that showed me just how capable and powerful women truly are. As a Jesus-loving, homesteading mama, I believe that birth is not something to fear, but something to embrace with confidence, peace, and purpose.

Through my work as a doula and childbirth educator, I’m passionate about helping families prepare for birth—mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, or something in between, my goal is to support you with evidence-based education, unwavering encouragement, and faith-rooted reassurance that you were made for this.

When I’m not serving families, you’ll find me barefoot in the garden, baking in the kitchen, chasing kiddos, or enjoying slow, simple moments at home with my husband. I believe birth and motherhood are sacred callings, and it’s my joy to walk alongside families as they step into one of life’s most beautiful journeys.
