Our Doulas
Courtney Jones
Courtney Jones is the owner and founder of North Texas Doulas, driven by her passion for supporting women during one of the most pivotal experiences of their lives: childbirth. Since founding the organization, Courtney has recognized the essential need for doula care and advocacy in labor and deliveries, a vision that took shape during the unique challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. As a certified Birth & Labor Doula, Childbirth Educator, Certified Placenta Encapsulator and Certified Lactation Consultant, she brings years of experience and a commitment to ensuring that each woman is matched with the perfect doula for her needs. Outside of her professional life, Courtney enjoys the simple pleasure of baking bread, though she humorously admits to accidentally killing her sourdough starter once a month. The joy of caring for her three children remains a highlight of her life, balancing the demands of motherhood with her professional dedication to empowering families through their childbearing journeys.
Courtney is a DFWChild Mom Approved Doula and is in the Carrot Directory.

alexis Gregory
Certified Birth Doula
Alexis is a wife, mama, doula, and childbirth educator with a heart for natural living, faith-filled motherhood, and empowering women to trust the beautiful design God gave their bodies.
My journey into birth work began with my own experiences of pregnancy and motherhood — the raw, miraculous, transformative moments that showed me just how capable and powerful women truly are. As a Jesus-loving, homesteading mama, I believe that birth is not something to fear, but something to embrace with confidence, peace, and purpose.
Through my work as a doula and childbirth educator, I’m passionate about helping families prepare for birth—mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, or something in between, my goal is to support you with evidence-based education, unwavering encouragement, and faith-rooted reassurance that you were made for this.
When I’m not serving families, you’ll find me barefoot in the garden, baking in the kitchen, chasing kiddos, or enjoying slow, simple moments at home with my husband. I believe birth and motherhood are sacred callings, and it’s my joy to walk alongside families as they step into one of life’s most beautiful journeys.
Megan lewey
Certified Birth Doula
Megan is a certified postpartum doula with three years of experience in maternal care and women’s health. She’s also a mom of two teenagers, giving her real perspective on both the newborn phase and the journey of parenthood.
She works in an OB/GYN office and has always felt drawn to healthcare, with an early dream of becoming a labor and delivery nurse. After a career ending collegiate volleyball injury, Megan became a young mother and built a career in real estate. She believes that experience shaped her calm, intuitive, people-first approach to postpartum care.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys working out and prioritizing wellness as a way to stay grounded. Her goal is to provide safe, compassionate support so parents feel confident, cared for, and not alone as they settle into life with a new baby.
emiline spillman
Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula
Emiline brings a unique and compassionate perspective to her work as a doula, drawing on her background in case management and physical security. Her journey into birthwork began after the birth of her daughter, an experience that unfolded differently than she had planned and left her feeling out of control. Determined to understand and grow from that experience, Emiline immersed herself in learning about informed consent, advocacy, and the many choices families have during birth.
Through that process, she discovered a deep calling to help others navigate their own birth and postpartum journeys with confidence and support. Inspired by the unconditional love and encouragement she received from her husband and mother during her own transition to parenthood, Emiline is dedicated to creating a nurturing, empowering, and safe space for every family she serves.
Her mission is to ensure that each birthing person feels seen, heard, and supported — not just during birth, but throughout the entire journey of becoming a parent.
